... but some are great. Glad I got the starter pack to try them all. Recommended.

Great taste

first. Shipping is fast. Almost a 2 day turn around, you order. 2 days its there. For a sampler starter pack majority of the flavors were good. Im not a coconut fan, but even that was good. I.used milk as my base. The pre-made vanilla shakes were not good tasting. They did their job of filling me up, but taste was just not there. Ordered tubs of the lemon, banana, chocolate, and strawberry. Yum

I like everything. The meals are definitely better with milk then water and I went to order more of the op shots but you don’t have them available to order individually anymore

Help me focus & great value

I love the products. I used to be a dedicated gamer but these days I spend long hours mostly writing code instead of gaming. I do find the products help me concentrate and replenish my energy when I need a boost. There are lots of stuff in the starter pack. It is definitely worth its price.
